Chicken and Waffles features okuzuya wings with waffles drizzled in umami butter or try the Bi Bim Bap with seasonal Maui vegetables. The dining room is comprised of locals and the menu is manifestly global in nature. it was by-far our favorite meal of the visit. For the most local, multicultural immersion be sure to book at table at Tiffany’s Restaurant & Bar.
